Return and Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

At Karseell Beauté, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy that complies with French consumer protection legislation.

2. Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging.

• All original accessories and tags must be included.

• Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or delivery note).

4. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps below:

• Contact us by email at contact@karseellbeaute.fr, specifying your order number and the products you wish to return.

• Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

• Send the package to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us at contact@karseellbeaute.fr to check the availability of the desired product. Return and reshipping fees may apply.

6. Reimbursement

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

In accordance with Shopify Payments' terms, refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

7. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-measure products

• Sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene or health reasons

In case of a defective product or delivery error, please contact us immediately at contact@karseellbeaute.fr so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
